Need advice on how to portray a story with photographs

First set of pictures: women who seem to be minding their own business without caring about the viewer or the photographer. Also, plausible environments. The first one could be inspired from a classical painting. The fourth one reminds me of some Norman Rockwell work.

Second set of pictures: Women who seem to be very well aware that the only reason why they’re half naked is to please an audience using cheap tricks (« like that ass crack? like that nipple? »). Cheap low budget porn mise-en-scène. The work done is post doesn’t convey anything, there’s no atmosphere/ambiance. Nude for the sake of likes.

The first set could be looking trough the keyhole and witnessing how women behave without feeling the « male gaze ». The second set feels cold, as if the models didn’t know the photographer. Their « look to the lens » lacks a connection to the photographe, who is their prime viewer. Hopefully if makes sense.

Many people gave you excellent references. Let me add Ted Viera to the list. He’s got a photography podcast and a youtube channel if you to know more of the BTS, his approach to the genre.
