I need a little help to format a PDF to Kindle. For some reason, despite enabling heuristic processing, calibre gives me a file with gaps between sentences.

Thanks for the suggestions! I managed to convert it quite decently, table of contents are not working but I managed to get everything else. I made a small instructions if anybody runs into the same problem, where heuristic processing in calibre does not work.

First, I sent the file to my email using "convert" in the subject line, as suggested by u/beach90th. It might be possible to skip this step by converting the PDF to TXT as u/S1320t suggested.

Then I connected my Kindle to PC and put the converted file (.azw3 file) in Calibre. After that I just converted the .azw3 file to KFX* to add page numbers and allow me to share the progress to Goodreads. I converted without heuristic processing.
