I know this may sound off topic but hear me out. The thousands of food additives folks consume can effect folks chemistry effecting their desires, each of the food additives has the potential to have withdrawl effects over months.

Caffeine is the most well known food additive with obvious effects upon the brain, an with notorious side effects which can occur over weeks after ceasing to consume the food additive. That is from consuming as little a few sodas before the body can break down the caffeine or pass the caffeine out of the body.

So I imagine you are consuming the modern western diet of processed foods rich with thousands of man made food additives that for the most part did not exist 50 years ago meaning there are potentially hundreds of food additives mixing around inside you in various quantities at any one time having various side effects an withdrawl effects periodically.

The food additives I think maybe the source of your in ability to overcome your periodic overwhelming desires for pornography.

So in order to test the theory, change your diet for 3 months an consume only food God designed, an see if in the 4th an 5th months you are overwhelmed with desire for pornography.

Obviously, it can be difficult to consume only foods God designed for any length of time as modern food additives are embedded in the fabric of modern society but that doesn't mean you are not sensitive to one or more of them an maybe causing you to stumble in your faith.

So I recommend eating healthy foods God designed for a few months an if you don't mind let me know if that helped you with the desires for pornography. Worst case you eat healthy for a few months an it doesn't help you with your desires. What do you have to lose?
