I feel this, my next door neighbor is the same way. His dog lives its life in a kennel in his back yard, they forget he exists and i like to sneak over and feed it at nights.

I want to report it but its not anonymous (at least here in texas) and even if it was anonymous I'm the only house with view to his backyard so they would find out easily

If he didn't own a gun and was a crazy fuck I'd do it.

And yes, they also got the boi as a gift for their daughter.

The dog escapes from time to time but never strays too far. Probably gonna wait for him to do it again and then call it in. This way i can atleast say i saw it running around the street.
