Unpopular opinion: I wish we just avoided this debacle between those 2 nations altogether. I mean we've already been accused of harboring terrorists, we speaking out would only open us up for jibes and ridicule from both of them. This is such a tense atmosphere that it's really palpable.

Every god damn comment section is so fucking toxic I can only imagine the immeasurable rage, ego and pure, spiteful hate that's being flinged on both side. It's honestly sickening, reading some of the comments folks make. Maybe it's my wishful thinking, but this could have been solved had both sides cooperated. Terrorism has no nation here, we're dealing with evil.
