With all due respect non-ally neurotypicals can eat my a**hole. Maybe that’s my learning disability speaking but why would I care what NON-ALLY neurotypicals think. Thats an ableist. That’s a whole bigot. If they see the title and go “oh wow neurodivergence is when you lick mirror” then that person is ignorant and changing the title will not fix that.

The title is not meant to be literal, the photo is a metaphor for not masking and letting my adhd bee brain do whatever it wants. I was actually procrastinating in this photo- but instead of being ashamed I embraced it and accidentally created art along the way. In this photo my depression is FINALLY beginning to lift, I’ll remember how relieving that felt every time I see this photo. Everything about this photo -to me- will forever remind me of my neurodivergence. People can have their own interpretations for it, that’s fine. But also it’s fucking art. If it creates a little controversy so be it. If I ever change the name it will be because I thought of a cooler name, not out of fear of what neurotypicals think.
