If you want to overclock, you'll also want to upgrade to a Z97 motherboard (instead of the H97), because they handle overclocking much better. Then, if you actually want to overclock, you'll need a good aftermarket CPU cooler (although that wouldn't need to be purchased until you actually start overclocking).
