They know & remember exactly what they did

The game is convincing YOU it didn't happen at all though

It gets their rocks off. They get their highs from your lows and they absofuckinglutely enjoy every second of it

Having control of the narrative is also why a lot of victims dont bother standing up for themselves. People that actually witness abuse will turn their backs because the parent has already convinced them that YOUR the one with the issues. Which yeah, you have issues BECAUSE OF THE ABUSE but others won't take the time to see as much and actually help you

I've always said my mom would make an excellent actress but for all the wrong reasons. People are putty in her hands & she's a master puppeteer

I've cut my strings and am a "real boy" now though. The bad guys weren't out there, the bad guys just kept telling me that
