Never used Lyft, any tips?

I keep some mace in my purse anywhere I go. Lyft/Uber crimes have occured a lot in my area, so at this point I'd rather be safe than sorry.

I've only used Uber, so I'm sorry if this isn't the same as how Lyft's app works; but when I use Uber, I take a screenshot of the driver's photo and info and send it to whomever I'm close with.

Our intuition is usually pretty good, if you have a bad feeling in your stomach that usually is a good indicator. If you feel discomfort when you meet the driver, you can always cancel and then request a new one.

This is a bit extra, but I usually don't wear headphones while in an Uber just because they can be distracting for me. Everytime I've ridden in an Uber, I've had safe expirences. I've had kind drivers, I think it'll all go well for you!
