New Mods Wanted - Another round of elections

  1. Why do you want to be a Mod?

I don't want to mod because it's modding, I would like to be apart of keeping this place fair and healthy for everyone.

  1. Are you familiar with the rules of asktransgender?

Yes.

  1. If you could suggest a new rule or a change to an old rule, what would you change?

At this point I do not see a change needed to rules. If a change was voiced by the community I would discuss it with the rest of the mod team, voice my opinion and implement any decisions made by the group.

  1. How would you work to improve asktransgender?

I would ensure that conversation and communication flows fair and open.

  1. How did you find asktransgender?

Years ago I began my transition and along the way stumbled into here.

  1. How much time do you honestly think you'll be able to spend moderating?

I would be able to spend a reasonable amount of time via my phone.

  1. What sort of moderator (or similar) experience have you had in the past?

I am apart of a moderator team within an active kik group.

  1. What sorts of skills do you personally bring to the table? Are you organized, dedicated, good with CSS, etc?

I am a professional, successful business woman. I can bring a career point of view with knowledge on finding great places to work and how to be hired.

  1. What time of day will you most likely be moderating, or which timezone will you be moderating from?

  1. Moderating can be emotionally stressful. How do you plan to deal with potentially upsetting situations?

If I'm bothered I'll move on and use my stress outlets like cooking, or sports to release some of those feelings.

  1. Is there anything else you'd like to tell the community about yourself?

I love to cook. I watch Food and ESPN. I am all about great food, beer, wine, anything.
