New patch "has been in the works for several months"

I see a lot of non-developers commenting on how long things take, without having any idea of just how d3 stores their stuff. (Or how many devs there are dedicated to d3 at the moment, if any)

Changing the numbers are most likely a quick fix. Analyzing data to see which parts to buff and by how much, even for just an initial ball park, however, takes time.

The passive ring of royal grandeur is most likely a bigger task.

But, depending on how the separation within the code between ancient and primal ancient is, I’m betting the changes to primals took the longest, by far. And you might scoff at them, but that change is massive from a QoL stand point.
