think this is to troll. riven isnt about how much hp you have your not a mundo.HP is good but will fall off super hard compared to having huge damage with enough lethality to oneshot squishys and that being said if you really need HP BC titanic hydra is enough expically paired with ga and your situational boots is enough resistances. although you could still use that CDR cap by going something like, BC GB DB DD MAW lucidity boots with a total of 70 CDR? time will tell but seems to B5 for my taste where everyone just chucks in that warmogs to round out there dmg. or AP champs stacking Crystal roa liandrys when in reality a proper teamfight you wont be able to deal enough damage to do anything spectacular, or frontline cause your not tanky enough your just inbetween which only really works out if your super ahead. thats my 2 cents
