At the most basic level, uncontrolled airports are treated like this:

Who you're talking to

Who you are

What are you doing so everyone else knows

For example: Kobuleti traffic, M7A1, taking off runway 25 departing north.

Kob traffic, M7A1, 10 miles south at 3000 for the overhead runway 25.

Anything beyond that you will just have to pick up as you go. It gets very complicated when you throw multiple frequencies, callsigns and a bullseye into the mix, but you will get it with time. Treat the radio like anything else, build a foundation and tack more onto it so you are always learning but never overwhelmed. Always maintain brevity at all costs on open frequencies. Casual chatter is for your flight freq or the intercom.
