I have a few questions… I’m confused and I just want to make sure I understand this correctly:

Eagle Dynamics made The Channel map and Ugra Media did the first Normandy map, right? This is a joint endeavor of the two companies?

If you are buying Normandy 2 as your first WWII map, you’re essentially buying all three maps because Normandy 2 combines the previous two maps and adds detailed areas between and around them.

If you only own The Channel map, after the update you’ll have the full-sized 600x400km map, it’s just not detailed once you fly outside of your Channel map.

If you have both The Channel map and the Normandy 1 map, but refuse to buy the Normandy 2 map, you’ll no longer have 2 separate maps… you’ll have the one big map (600x400km). You’ll be able to fly over a detailed Channel Map, fly through a few miles of low detailed area until you reach the Normandy 1 map where it will be fully detailed again…. Correct?

I own both maps and fully intend on buying Normandy 2 for $9.99…. I’m just trying to wrap my head around this…. Like… there’s no reason to delete my previous 2 maps because Normandy 2 would just reinstall them in addition to the larger area….

Or am I way off?
