Is it normal to see seniors on the floor crying on the job?

Well I went to public school in a developing country and then spent a couple of years in a B4 in the same country and I still quit anyway along with most of my friends who were all from public school. I admit I didn't work beforehand but after leaving I have had jobs which pay me the same and actually treat me like a human being.

And I paid for my own car and insurance along the way as well but I didn't have to sacrifice my life to do that,I just had to cut back on the unnecessary stuff that people don't really need but want.

Maybe it's just where I live though,I know a few people who have left their office jobs to work in the F&B business and they all seem to think it was a better choice for them.
