Why I now road cycle (Seattle & Eastside) with front and rear cameras.

Memorial Day afternoon - driver could have been lit and not judging safe passing distance? I cut my ride short on the holiday after seeing worse driving than normal out (almost got run over in a 4-way stop by a driver blowing through without stopping).

I’m definitely going to be riding conservatively this summer around the holidays, too many people have been cooped up this past year and are using any excuse to binge drink and act shitty out there.

After getting hit by a car on my bike in a bike lane downtown separated from the road I stick to quieter roads or drive out to parking by the mixed use trails. It’s completely pathetic how low the bar is for drivers set in Seattle to share the road, can’t wait to get hit by some douche in their Tesla on the phone one day.
