Let me clarify - these guys are assholes and I hope every single one of them is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for charges like damage to Federal property, trespassing, and anything else applicable. But it's important not to jump to conclusions because every complaint that ultimately gets disproven ruins the credibility of the justified portion of the complaints.

To me it doesn't make sense that he'd have zipties out in the context of this situation in the photo since there was nobody to kidnap at that point and, unless it just hasn't been reported, they didn't kidnap anybody.

Zipties that large could be used to barricade doors which appears to be what's happening in the background of the image as well.
