90% of them are teens and kids, old men, and another demographic I might get bitched at for mentioning.

but some cultures seem to be respecting mask use more than others which is based on education and values . That's based on their background, whether it be a man raised in rural texas or a woman raised with parents from a different country that doesn't value education.

Those two I mentioned seem to be wearing masks less often than others, at least by me. And it shows in some statistics and not others. Like white men visiting from rural Texas who dont wear a mask but don't interact with many people so they don't get it much . And the women raised by immigrants in a city who don't wear masks come in contact with more people, so it shows up in their demographic.

But both of them are being irresponsible and not wearing masks, it just doesn't hurt one of them much and hurts the others a lot more because they come in contact with many people.
