This is an organization that's been used in several WD games(including my own) Turncoats: Espionage, Kidnapping, Possibly drug and human trafficking. A long established organization on the Southeast Coast, with cells going from Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and Virginia. With this he can change what a person will do within a reason, never being able to make them do what they wouldn't do normally. Along with his he can continue writing what they do long after they have vanished from his sight. This is limited, naturally, by the amount of space he can write in a single book. However he can look at a picture of someone who he has written about before and continue writing about them, however he misses anything that happened between the time he stopped and started Treant: Brute 6, Shaker 4 A case 53 that resemmbles a large man made out of a dark oak, with any hair being leaves or vines. When Treant touches the ground he has the ability to form a small forest of alien trees made of the same wood as him. These trees are exceptionally strong and when shattered release a pollen that irritates eyes, lungs and noses. In addition when standing still Treant and manipulate the trees as if they were his hands and fingers. Mist: Shaker 3 Mist can produce an off-white gas that has two effects. On those she considers an enemy it irritates eyes, lungs and noses, this will eventually lead to damage done to senesitive tissue. The second effect, applied to those she considers allies, is that the gas invigorates them allowing for more efficent breathing, reduced fetigue and the ability to see through the gas. Wraith: Changer 2, Thinker 2, Mover 3 A young girl that often works with Treant and Mist she can change herself to meet the fears of those around her. I.E: Multiple eyes, claws unnautural bone structure
