My neighbors. Their house is a rental, and they are blue collar folks all the way, while most others on the street are not.

They are awesome people. We get along great, and spend several holidays together. Our kids play together, and they are the nicest people.

However, they treat their yard and house like shit. It's a rental, so they rarely mow the grass, never seed the yard, never spray the weeds, and never power wash the house. I'll cut my grass 5 times before they finally come out and cut theirs. They'll leave all the grass clippings all over the yard, and you can imagine after it's grown nearly a foot high, how much debris it is. Looks like shit. I go out after they finally mow, with my blower, to make it look presentable.

Their house is covered in green mold from never being power washed. We do ours once every 2 years. The weeds are taking over their bushes in the front of their house, and the back yard is another thing altogether.

Its just completely embarrassing to have people over to our house, when it looks like our next door neighbor's house is nearly abandoned.
