OH, USA- Does including full content of an article in an RSS feed mean it's okay to use that content (with attribution and link) on my site?

I was already aware there's a copyright issue, so I came to start a discussion. You have told me nothing I didn't already know, provided no sources or precedent, and yet you haven't failed to be extremely condescending in almost every comment you've written:

You aren't understanding

Fair use is not as black and white as you seem to think it is.

The Israeli case isn't relevant, you admit it isn't relevant

US judges don't give a shit how Israel applies their copyright law to its own cases.

Why do people always assume something is fair use as long as it is not a commercial purpose? I'll never understand that, but maybe that is because I actually know about copyright law.

you can't help those who don't want to be helped.

I was cordial up until my last post.

Someone comes asking for help and wanting to discuss something and you just can't respond without your words dripping with condescension. I acknowledged from the start that I would probably be in the wrong copyright-wise, and even when I mention doing as an alternative what is widely agreed to be fair use, and link US court precedent to that effect, you say that I don't know what I'm talking about. I am fairly sure at this point that I know at least as much about copyright law as you do. I also see that you are a hypocritical mod who likes banning and removing people's posts for not following "the rules", and yet you're still downvoting people who you disagree with, which is against reddiquette.

You have painted a very clear picture of the kind of person you are. You like defining the rules and punishing people who disagree with you. You respond with derision and want people to just take it on the chin. As soon as I respond with anything even resembling sarcasm, you bail. You are a condescending jerk who fancies him/herself an expert and can't take criticism.
