Hi nikita, as much as i appreciate ur post, ur words is like saying 100% of our banned are legit, thisnis not the case, for every game, i was misbanned by EA in BF3 before, after appeal they check and i was indees clean, it happen to be PBBans got some issue with their algo at the time and unintentially banned other clean player for no reason. If a big publisher and big Third Party AC can messed up, why do you sound like u are not making mistakes at all? yes i do not support cheaters but i do believe not 100% of your banned are legit, there is no way. So u have to have some sort of appeal or support process, if they banned for a reason then show them in the face.
