Ok guys, my coworker just sent this email and I’d like suggestions for answers. Don’t hold back!

The people in this sub have to see everything from a privileged "antiwork" point of view. Most of the comments are acting like this is a bad or offensive email, like "can you imagine the nerve of this guy to ask this!". It's not implicating anything about paying low wages, but people are misinterpreting it as that. The guy is simply asking for ways to improve the company outside of pay since pay is already an obvious one they already know plays a role in retention.

At a company I worked at they would raffle off front row tickets to LA Dodgers and other games and events every week. Every Friday we'd get an email that said "first and fifth person to respond to this email gets the tickets". He's asking for ideas like that and is doing you a favor by allowing you to suggest things, because they value your opinion. The people here gotta twist it into something sick.
