I said ‘affordable’ for a reason. High nits is not AS needed on monitors as a tv. It will MOST LIKELY blind you in the long run.. especially if you play in a dark room like most of us do.

It’s not a tv.. it’s not feet away from you it’s in your face.

It’s also severely overpriced l, defiantly not worth the price you pay for ‘true’ hdr 1k nit like the asus or acer Rog/predator 144hz monitor that no video-card can push to those hertz CONSTANTLY and reliably at high to ultra settings.

Bar maybe the overpriced $1300 evga 2080ti ftw3 oc.

Tbh the Benq is borderline affordable I was about to get the lg 27inch ips one instead eBay open box for $330 but the ips bleeding scared me away.

I might still do it tbh because newer tech like freesync2 is just around the corner and that means all these ‘older 1st gen hdr’ monitors will become cheaper.
