One in eight Denver residents is clinically depressed and most aren’t getting treatment, new study says

Sometimes you couldn't funtion at all due to the depression(and depression usually is a side effect of something else or it added a few more illnesses, and there are times your physical body won't just catch up with your spirit), so it's almost impossible to keep a steady job working for someone that can provide you with private insurance.

Psychiatry has always been the number one specialty where many doctors don't participate in health insurance plans. Imagine if you're a small business owner or solopreneur or something like that because you couldn't keep a steady job working for others, then your private insurance gets more expensive or you don't have that at all.

Someone that can't even afford a health insurance is not gonna have a lot of money to not worry about other things. And if you have to worry about those other things, it's much harder to not get stressed out and control your mind. So circumstances are very depending. And yours don't sound like you have to worry a lot about rent or other bills. I'm just saying what comes up in mind when I saw your two cents. Nothing personal.
