The only thing mtx effects is highscore ranks. Considering those were already won for the most part back in 2010/11, ruined some what by effigyscape and killed completely by SOF several months before EOC. So yeah you won't be getting within the top 100 or even top 1000 of any skills in RS3, is that such a big deal?

I am no way hurt over the fact that someone spent 8b on bonds to buy 120 slayer on their skiller during some TH promo. It doesn't effect me in anyway.

MTX won't buy you a quest cape, comp, trim, mqc, ifb, JoaT and all the other extremely grindy content we can do in RS3.

TH doesn't give anything worth while in terms of any of this shit. Skilling outfits can for the most part be obtained in game (we are just waiting for a couple to be made obtainable due to how recent they were), none of them actually being required to succeed anyway.

The weapons and armour are cosmetic trash. Seriously while to you winning a chaotic longsword might seem 'overpowered' but at this point you can buy several stronger weapons from the GE including direct upgrades (blades of avaryss and nymora) for a mere 2m.

Also thanks to A Friend and his not p2w account good luck getting the 200m from TH since its spammed with shit protean crap to prevent people from getting the 200m. Sure people still get it but its not like one can do what A Friend did and get it as often as he did.
