Chez Ann salon - owner cut my hair, didn't listen to a single thing I had to say, cried in the car afterwards because I hated my hair, and then I got a text like 6 weeks later about my "upcoming appointment" that I never scheduled. Rude.

Evolution Dog Training - she is a fantastic trainer, IAABC certified, really knows how to get dogs to WANT to do what you're asking. BUT she's terrible with people, terrible with keeping appointments, never on time, not consistent with time spent working, cancels at every little thing, and is not clear about her policies (or will say something is fine and then go back on it later).

City of Buffalo Animal Shelter - Adopted a dog from them that was "cat safe" which is what I needed. They actually texted me specifically about this dog knowing that I was looking for a safe safe safe dog. She was with me for like two weeks and within those 2 weeks she bit a person (chased him down and attacked him, he was walking away, totally unprompted) and lunged at my elderly cat but I was of course right there to defend because she was never left alone with the cats. They told me they would void my initial donation check but they didn't, they cashed both checks I gave them so I ended up "donating" over $1000 to them for this stupid little demon dog who I ended up returning to the shelter where she was BE'd for aggression.
