Stat boosts definitely would cause Support cards to become muuuuch much better, especially as it would help with the downsides we've all been talking about. But I think the guy you replied to made a fair point, that although we could easily make them good, that is dangerous territory.

Which is something I can see being an issue. Overall though I do agree with you, it would be okay considering the strength would be on attacking turns (and thus make blocking turns more involved and interesting). Kinda similar to how Ephemeral plays out. I'm sure we'll see some good stuff when their new champ comes out.
