Palak Paneer/Saag Paneer

Red meat Pulao is a dish made with rice and pork, generally flavored with a diffusion of spices. The technique of cooking can range, but it is regularly made by first browning the beef, then cooking it with the rice and spices in a pot with water or broth. Pulao is a popular dish in numerous countries in the middle East, valuable and South Asia, inclusive of Pakistan, India, and Afghanistan.

Ingredients:

1 cup basmati rice

1 pound beef, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 medium onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 inch piece ginger, minced

1 cinnamon stick

2 cardamom pods

2 cloves

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 cup beef broth
