Banana walnut cake Recipe: I

To mix together:
Walnuts, roasted - 90 to 120gm
Canola oil 2 tbsp

All-purpose flour 2 & 1/4 cup
Mix together items 2 to 4.
Mix flour, soda, salt, cinnamon powder and sieve twice.
Beat the egg and sugar.
Add yoghurt, oil and vanilla essence, mix again.
Add the sieved flour mixture in two batched and whisk to make a thick batter.
pour half of the batter into a greased cake pan
Spread half of the walnut mixture on the top and pour the rest of the batter.
Arrange the rest of the walnut mixture o top.
Bake at 170˚C for 20 minutes.
Transfer onto a wired rack
Once cooled down to room temperature, you can remove from the cake box or pan.
Keep it at room temperature, never in the refrigerator.
