Goodness of Banana and walnut- Best for breakfast, lunch or even dinner! Who not love it!!!!!

Banana walnut cake Recipe: I

  1. Banana, very ripe 2large- Mashed well. (1 & 1/4 cup after mashed)

To mix together:

  1. Walnuts, roasted - 90 to 120gm

  2. Canola oil 2 tbsp

    1. Sugar 2 tbsp

  1. All-purpose flour 2 & 1/4 cup

    1. Baking soda 1 tsp
    2. Sea Salt 1/2 tsp IV
    3. Sugar 3/4 cup
    4. Canola Oil 1/2 cup
    5. Egg, small 3pcs (2 if large)
    6. Whole milk yoghurt 2/3 cup
    7. Cinnamon powder 1/2 teaspoon
    8. Vanilla extract 1 tsp

Mix together items 2 to 4.

Mix flour, soda, salt, cinnamon powder and sieve twice.

Beat the egg and sugar.

Add yoghurt, oil and vanilla essence, mix again.

Add the sieved flour mixture in two batched and whisk to make a thick batter.

pour half of the batter into a greased cake pan

Spread half of the walnut mixture on the top and pour the rest of the batter.

Arrange the rest of the walnut mixture o top.

Bake at 170˚C for 20 minutes.

Transfer onto a wired rack

Once cooled down to room temperature, you can remove from the cake box or pan.

Keep it at room temperature, never in the refrigerator.
