Palit submits 171 RTX 30 graphics cards to EEC

I've had two Palits in the past, a 1070 and a 2070s gamerock, both had iffy fans, the first one had an annoying fan resonance noise between 30-40% which was incredibly obvious in a super quiet build, under 30% made it too hot and over 40% made it get too noisy for my liking so I ended up selling it on since it seems most people wouldn't notice or care about it, the second one had fans that would randomly ramp up to 2000+rpm then back down to what it was meant to be instead of gradually increasing based on temp, they also made some strange grind noise for a split second when starting, I ended up returning it.

So from my experience at least, Palit are a bad buy if you are in any way trying to get a silent build, both cards worked completely fine and the 2070s gamerock undervolted like crazy but IMO palit seems to use some really shit fans and fan controllers.
