My roommate and I have One Plus International for the tethering. We both use heavy data on device (1080P streaming mostly) and heavy tethering (ps4 as a matter of fact, mostly at least)

My roommate has trouble keeping >50% on his device since he streams a bit less than me, and online games/has updates more often than me. He has gone 4 months straight now of over 50% usage on his hotspot (never by much, relatively at least. It's usually by less than 5 gb but between tethering and on device usage we both typically use upwards of 200 GB a month). Ee both work have schedules to where we're basically up all night and have to sleep during the day, which is thankful since after deprioritization during the days our net is slow (like .2 mbps slow) but after 11pm +/- we jump up to 25+ megabits. But anyway, no contact yet. Thankfully I've only had 1 month where I didn't keep ratio myself.

Tl;dr As long as your ratio isn't terrible (like 50+gb more used on hotspot) I think you'll be fine. They really seem to try and let deprioritization do it's job/most of the work, and it seems to do it's job pretty good (see .2mbps speeds during the day I said above snd late at night it skyrocketing up)
