the item has no impact on the game itself. if an item gives a player some "psychological happy boost" that's not a p2w item, that's the player wanting to play the game more. christ, the mental gymnastics you go through could put you in the olympics.
you may as well say some classes are p2w because people like their unique eyes and hair better, making them the better class. cosmetics are a subjective quality increase, seeing as some players may very well like the base model better.
furthermore, companies giving employees perk is NOTHING like PURCHASING cosmetics. FREE extra perks ON TOP of pay are a bonus which make you happy. You TRADING currency for an IN GAME SERVICE/GOOD is an EQUAL EXCHANGE. It's trade.
You realize there is KMST, KMS, etc. Search on SourthPerry or Basil, there are already players talking about it.
