Please help me understand what is going on with me?

long story, sorry

It gets better at one point. It took over 3 years before all my day time visuals went away while having crippling anxiety that didn't allow me to walk for months in a row for even 10 seconds due to insane chest pains, dizzy spells, 180 bpm even when sitting still.

I had a lot more than that unfortunately including constant physical pain and a whole bunch with it.

Now at night I still see visuals in the air which makes it hard to sleep. I barely ate or slept already 3 years before this happened and during the 3 years it was even worse so that didn't help at all.

Most of it is gone now except when I'm very tired I still see stuff and I get (pretty rough) chest pains a few hours a day and I somehow put such strain on my shoulder muscles they become rocks and they hurt a lot. I don't even know how I do it. Try to sleep a bit longer, maybe 9 hours. It can take a while before your body adjusts back to normal. Go to the gym and power yourself through it even if you're done after 20 minutes. Eat, eat and eat tons of food. Take some supplements. I take magnesium, zinc, multivitamin, fish oil and some unrelated stuff for my muscle pains.

It CAN still be anxiety altough I doubt it, anxiety can be there even if you feel 100% calm. It's most likely an after effect of mdma. Mdma is NOT harmless at all and that is why everywhere you read online they recommend 1-3 months in between doses! Not cause it's safe. It's low on the drug lists because the problems to society are minimal compared to other stuff.

Do you happen to smoke weed? If yes, quit right away. I smoked weed during all the 3 years I had visuals all day long and it made it much much worse.

Good luck.
