During my Police Academy orientation they knew I was a vet and called me out for no other reason than to make an example out of me. This was told between two instructors and myself in the hallway Instructor: Are you a veteran?! Me: Yes? Instructor: THEN YOU KNOW WHATS ABOUT TO HAPPEN! class comes back from 5 minute restroom break Instructor: WHERE TF IS THAT VETERAN IN THE HALLWAY?! GET YOIR ASS UP HERE NOW!

I was then put in a plank for the rest of the orientation while they told the class they expected discipline and timeliness. Lmao it was funny because I knew it was a mind game and the non vets were sweating. I was called out mainly because I was the first one back from the restroom.
