Just kill them and their offspring. The problem often isnt the rich person themselves, it's their offspring that grow up with incredible wealth, didnt earn a dime of it, then go around acting like hot shit. Honestly. Maybe that's what we need to do. Stop people from leaving anything to their children. If everyone starts at the same level of wealth from childhood, it would be a lot easier to show people why they are assholes, rather than some self entitled douche who goes through life thinking that the world revolves around them. But....the rich all have to die for this to happen. Because goodness knows none of them would like the fact they can no longer bounce their money to sonny.
