It took me 4-5 days. Every body has a different way of healing. Moreover, pain is the result of the surgery. Sometimes it can last for over 2-3 weeks. It is very very common to have pain. I used to take proper painkillers at all intervals plus I iced my knee 4 times a day for 20 mins each. Give it a week. Time heals everything! Just do all these necessary stuff like icing and taking painkillers at regular intervals. Prior to this surgery, I had 2 more on my right knee. I had alot of pain in my right knee after ACL revision for 2 weeks! Pain happens because of the inflammation around your knee join. To eradicate that inflammation, keep icing your knee and make sure the ice pack doesn't make direct contact with the skin. I am pretty sure you will be fine by the end of next week! :) Take care!
