Within any country citizens of that country have more rights than non-citizens. Non-citizens are second class and have no right to be in that country. No U.S. citizen has rights to anything outside of the U.S.

Why do you think people live well in most of the modern western world? It's because citizens of those countries worked together to create an environment to do so. Nothing is stopping individuals of other countries from doing that. All previously came from similar circumstances at different points in history.
