Most of the government is not as important as the state department. Jared Kushner is not a government official. I would like a source for prior SoS using private emails.

Much of the rules that apply to other departments don't apply to the SoS; and not all department rules are laws. Just like Trump has certain liberties, like the fact that he can declassify any information on a whim and has done so via twitter and in personal meetings with the Russians.

Also. But as I've said, it's well established the e-mail stuff was never about National Security or rule of law.
