It can be far cheaper.I included a more expensive motherboard so you could run SLI(2 video cards) at the same time in the future.

Added an SSD.I suggest you google the benefits of an SSD if you aren't aware.

Added a 980 TI which is the most expensive graphics card on the market.Not the most amazing performance per dollar but it is the best.

Added a PSU with a larger than required wattage for SLI in the future.
