Screw that- let's take every dollar the 5 richest people are worth right now and Joe Biden gets a check for $650 billion. Doesn't even cover the defense budget for one year. We ship $40 billion over to Ukraine like it's nothing.

I truly don't blame the rich for our problems, some of them are far more philanthropic supporting individual causes than our own government is. We as a society will never agree on a one-size-fits-all approach to fixing the deep rooted issues here. But giving any government administration another couple hundred billion dollars literally won't fix anything until government spending is reformed..
