i personally have knowledge about that gangs now have family members that are on staff at major prisons.. so not only do the gangs "run" the prison yard, but they also run the prison itself.

a few years ago, i was having an affair with a mexican lady, her son was a meth gangster, and one night she was a bit drunk and talking too much, she told me that her entire family is criminals.. she told me that when she goes to have christmas dinner with her family, there is mafia at the table and there is prison guards at the table.. she named a very well known prison in california..

there are also high ranking police that are members of criminal gangs, i know this for a fact, this is not an opinion.

so, the entire system is corrupted.
