Maybe you should reread what you wrote the entire thread. The accusations are pretty obvious and numerous. Even your apology reeks of arrogance.

However, for the sake of civility, the apology is accepted on the premise that this is the internet and people tend to say things that they don't entirely mean. However, please learn from this. Texans are friendly and caring, but we do carry a chip on our shoulder when it comes to our state. In person, you'd do well to stifle these sorts of comments lest you find yourself being known for them.

Maybe I should have just taken it at face value, maybe not. The past is in the past and it's time to move beyond it.
