Putin: Russia will not expel anyone in response to US sanctions

That link doesn't even look like news.. looks like an opinion piece about how some Republicans took money from Clinton campaign and can't be trusted, but it's not about killing babies at least. No serious person with half of a brain would read it or take it seriously. Note that this was also written post election.

Prior to the Electoral College vote, that article was plastered around in response to some electors attempting to drum up support for a faithless Kasich vote. I assure you, some people were trying to use it as a serious hit piece. That's how I ran into it.

This stuff gets spread around on social media and people buy into it. If you think it doesn't have an impact, I don't know what else to tell you.

The email was certainly made up - but it doesn't really illustrate your point about omission or fake news affecting my understanding of the DNC emails that were leaked.

It has nothing to do with the omission point I was making. You asked about the Wikileaks and fake news connection, so I gave you a response to that.

As far as Pizzagate is concerned, 46% of Trump voters are convinced it's a real thing. That is why this is an alarming trend. You may say that "no serious person with half of a brain would read it or take it seriously" but they do.

The actual content of the Podesta emails is milquetoast compared to the spin that came out of it.
