Here's a question that I haven't seen on this sub: How do I look more gay?

Not a problem. And a graphic designer! Ha, sweet. Makes this easier and better. Also explains your minimalist tendencies.

That clarified input also helps. Also, good point about the tomboy thing.

So if you're looking for a female counterpart of that--a more boyish look--I advise trying to take elements in from Korean and Japanese fashion, as well as European fashion. French, especially. Reason being, they capitalize on neoteny and emphasize it, and they incorporate femininity into their clothing more often than that of North American, British, or Italian fashion. Kinda repeating myself here, but they are really unafraid to play with silhouettes and layers. They are also not afraid to tinker with perceived leg length. With your slim figure, it would be easy to experiment with this.

Here is an inspo album for you. I kinda slapped it together haphazardly with the top pictures being more , but it's to give you some extra ideas for what I'm talking about might look like when it's part of a cohesive outfit.

The first image as you can see, definitely has that boyishness + femininity to it. Long almost dress-like sweaters (like your grandma's creation lol), but with a low neckline, combined with skinny jeans is an easy way out. If you have longer hair (and if you don't, and longer hair could suit your facial structure, it's fixable), throw in a headband, and it would accomplish this with minimalism intact. Throw in those shoes we talked about, and it becomes even more ambiguous.

On to the second picture. This is a good example of everything we talked about. Silhouette is ambiguous, sweater is long enough to have drape in substitution of having an overcoat/shawl for drape, and similar shoes are in play. Again, with minimalism intact. Masculine, but with janegirlTM undertones.

Third picture should give you similar feels, but with shorts this time. You could also easily replace those boots with something that is similar, but higher heeled. I would advise you to stick with the variations that have full heels, once again.

The two pictures following showcase how a slimmer fit sans draping silhouette can also bring out femininity + a dash of color for the summer seasons.

The rest are more experimental looks that you can take away themes from.

Just rambling at this point. But hey, this was fun.

Oh, and if janegirlTM has never been mentioned before, this is the sole licensing and proprietary creation of mohvespenegas and if there are fashion designers tryna use this, pay me.
