Yes those people are called women. What you don’t seem to understand is the effects of not having DHT as a fetus. You come out without the equipment that will make you into a man. No treatment is going to make you magically grow functioning testicles just as no treatment will make you grow a uterus.

Babies born with these conditions are not going to magically turn into fully functioning men after puberty. Most need surgery just to look like one sex or the other, they’re lucky if they get any sexual satisfaction at all, and are unlikely to be able to have children. You honestly think they give a fuck about their hair in the face of all that?
