What's the best way to conquer the regions of the english channel that are in the netherlands area?

I think I'm kinda starting to understand the basics of trade now, so it'd be nice to completely own every province in the english channel. It's 1610 or something, and theres just a couple provinces I don't have yet, belonging to Flanders, Holland and Friesland.

Now, I can easily crush them and their allies in a war obviously, but the issue is that I can't take more than 1 province, or apparently half the world is gonna end up in a coalition against me. There's I think 6 provinces left I don't have yet, so taking them all one by one would take decades.

If I try and vassilize one of them, it's the same problem.

What's my best option for taking that area quickly?
