Ranged meta is about to change massively, why is nobody talking about this?

Before I begin I would like to highlight that I haven't had much time to write this post but have wanted to since the poll closed and the introduction of dragon bolts that could be tipped with any bolt tip passed. Therefore I may have missed some information and haven't included any numbers. My main goal for this post was to highlight how the ranged meta is going to change drastically with the introduction of these bolts. I feel as if this hasn't even been talked about a single time and may have been overshadowed by afew other things on the poll. TLDR; Ranged Meta and core fundementals of some game mechanics are going to change massively with the introduction of this update. I feel some people have voted yes to something without realising how this will affect the game drastically. Firstly being able to tip dragon bolts with any bolt tip is simply overpowered. With jagexs track history on things being overpowered/underpowered I don't have much hope that this update will be balanced. I don't even think it's easy to balance in any regard not just a stab at jagex track history. I'll now explain what some of the enchanted bolt tips do and how they will affect the game. REMINDER: These tips will now be able to be added to dragon bolts, a new tier bolt higher than rune. I'll start with the obvious, ruby and diamond bolt tips. Everyone knows what these do they are core for PVM when it comes to ranged. Basically you'll have the same affects however you will be hitting harder more often as these bolt tips are usually added to adamant bolts. These could be used anywhere that you might usually use ruby/diamond bolts but would be far stronger. Next, Pearl bolts. Not alot to talk about here the enchant effect is basically the opposite of the dragon bolt effect in that it hits roughly 25-30% extra damage on 'fire creatures'. This includes dragons/metal dragons/KBD and volcanic creatures. Could these be new BIS bolts for inferno/jad if you do not own a twisted bow. Thirdly, THIS IS DEFINATELY THE MOST WORRYING IMO. This will change up the PKing META MASSIVELY.Jade bolt tips, these bolt tips have the enchant effect of 'knocking your opponent to the ground' this is described as a ranged dragon spear special attack/ice barrage on the wiki. Remember these will now be used on dragon bolts, not only stronger than rune but also have an insane effect. Could you imagine being in multi combat and getting long range dragon spear specced? Also on the Pking spectrum are opal bolts and sapphire bolts. Opal bolts have the effect of hitting 25% extra damage 'lucky lightning'. Basically a dragon bolt (e) but isn't negated by antifires and is attatched to a stronger bolt so i'd assume you could hit even harder. Imagine bolting a 60 on someone and activating the special attack and hitting a 75? absurd and not even that unlikely with rigour ect. Sapphire bolts are essentially smite bolts. when you spec with this bolt the opponent loses 1/20 of the attackers current prayer stat and the attacker gains half of them. I can see it now these bolts combined with sara strike/smite in both multi and single areas. Even Topaz bolt tips combined with flames of zamorak, the topaz bolts lower the targets magic level by 1 similar to flames of zamorak. Finally emerald bolts, not that big of a deal when you read the previous effects of the bolts I doubt these would see much use however they are already annoying only being attatched to mithril bolts. I'd like to end this now I couldn't really add much more as i'm at work right now but wanted to get this out there for people to actually understand what they may have voted for, even though I still feel people wont realise how this may drastically affect Pking/Pvm until it actually happens.
