No. I was into curved VAs monitors and owned 5 of them, from cheaper Acer to more expensive G9, I finally understood why most people don’t recommend them.
Very limited viewing angle. Tilt your seat and the colors on the screen change dramatically. This problem very consistent across all VA panels.
Ghosting and black smearing. From gaming to web surfing, anything black dragged across the screen becomes need for speed headlights.
Slow response time. Didn’t occurred to me while using VA, but after switching back to IPS I realized how sluggish the VAs were.
My verdict is VA as of it’s current state is decent for RPG games and general use. They do feel easier on the eyes after long hours compared to IPS and OLED. But for FPS, MOBA games and any editing that requires color accuracy, I would definitely stay away from VA.
