Wow, I just wrote out all 7 rounds and it got erased sigh....
Sign Franklin, cut Johnson.
Round 1: TRADE - Browns. We get their 3rd. BPA WR - White or Parker ( In terms of value, Shaq is everywhere and I like Perryman more than McKinney, see round 2;)
Round 2: Denzel Perryman, the Hitman. ILB. Zimmer values run stopping and Perryman is a stone wall, my mouth is watering imagining him stuffing Lacy for a gain of 0.
Round 3: Hau'oli Kikaha, the Sackmaster. OLB. Rated All American and Butkus finalist, Zimmer gets his LB core of the future with Barr, Perryman and Kikaha (Even if he tutors behind Greenway).
Round 3: Quandre Diggs - DB. Our DB's were average this season, this can probably be chalked up to Robisons less than stellar performances against anyone over 6'0 and Munnerlyns desire to not follow what Zimmer says. Diggs is 5'10 but he can high point the ball extremely well and look forward to his vertical come combine.
Round 4: Markus Golden - DE. Can compete with Crichton to perhaps usurp / rotate with Robison next season. Strong and fluid.
At this point I think I've filled out our team prettty well. I don't think our offense needs many players to be great, fix our Oline and a WR corps of White/Parker, Jennings, Patterson and Johnson along with Peterson and we're top 15 at least. We have to remember last year we were first year into a new offensive scheme, I have faith <3
I'm not too sure on players further on as this is as far as I've gotten just watching videos and browsing threads. I'm by no means any where decent in grading talent, I just use the eye test and go from there. Other players I'd love to have on the team for the sake of what they can offer: Philip Dorsett, Stefon Diggs WR's - IfoOoomoomoo, Q.Rollins, L.Gunter DB's - A.Harris SS - Kouandjiolo OG and Duke Johnson. If for whatever reason Peterson doesn't come back I think he'll be a great pairing with McKinnon (Can you tell I'm a []_[] fan? ;)
